Founding Pastor Floyd and Sis Dorene Matthews had a burden to start a church in the Mars Hill district of Indianapolis In. The church was started in an apartment complex clubhouse and then moved to the living room of Bro & Sis Matthews home. With assistance from the IN District UPCI they were able to purchase the current church property. By the help of the Lord and the saints, Southwest Apostolic now occupies a beautiful facility on the southwest side of Indianapolis. The congregation is a warm and friendly group of people, and you are invited to come and experience the presence of the Lord with us.
